Plenty of room for everyone, spacious kitchen and dining area, convenient location for exploring Exeter, good parking for multiple cars.

The house was well-appointed and generously equipped, especially the kitchen. the large lounge was comfortable for everyone to relax in, and we particularly loved the upstairs en suite bedroom. It was a great spot for exploring the area, and the ample parking made it easy for us to bring our car. a good stay with plenty of room for everyone. Cons: Was all great! 😊.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Church View, Poltimore. The spacious house provided plenty of room for our family, and the well-appointed kitchen was generously equipped. The fast WiFi and off-street parking were also convenient. Despite a few minor issues, our overall experience was good. The quiet location served as a great central spot for exploring the area, and having a car was essential. The added touch of a Christmas tree in the living room made our stay even more special. I would recommend this property for a cozy and warm retreat.
